Architect Aditi Saraswat is an senior Urban Designer recognized for her work in the strategic planning and design of city infrastructures, urban transit corridors, and heritage temple complex developments. Her approach focuses on creating resilient and people-centered environments that enhance connectivity, strengthen cultural identity, and improve the overall quality of urban life. She brings a strong understanding of urban systems, public realm design, and heritage conservation to large-scale development frameworks.
Harshit Singh Rana is an innovative Architect & Transport Planner passionate about creating sustainable, people-centric cities. A graduate of Ansal School of Architecture & post-graduate from SPA Vijayawada, he blends architectural creativity with strategic transport planning. Harshit has worked on diverse projects, including Green Road Infrastructure Development, Multi-Modal Integration, Road Safety, World Class Urban Street Design, Integrated Logistics Plan and Metro Proposals. His portfolio also spans Riverfront Redevelopment, recreational, hospitality, commercial, institutional, residential & interior design projects, showcasing his multidisciplinary expertise. He has contributed to landmark national initiatives like the Swachh Bharat Mission & Jal Jeevan Mission and has played a strategic role in Business Development, combining design excellence with visionary planning & impactful urban transformation.
Ar. Kaavya D Sridhar is an Urban Designer and recipient of State Honours for Excellence in Urban Design. Her work navigates the intersections of infrastructure, public life, and urban economies. Her postgraduate thesis on integrating infrastructure and social spaces was shortlisted by the National Awards for Excellence in Post Graduate Thesis in Architecture 2024. She has contributed to urban research and design projects across Bangalore, Chennai, and Kanpur, including collaborations with the State Government of Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu and international researchers on sustainable urban development and regional planning. Kaavya’s contributions include presentations at the ZEMCH Conference and participation in national research workshops on architecture and planning. Her research was recognized among the top submissions and exhibited at DESIGN-URU, a national art and design festival.
Architect Nishant Kumar is an Architect cum Urban Planner with experience in the planning, design, and coordination of architectural and urban development projects. His portfolio includes township developments, hospitals, office interiors, and residential projects. With expertise in Remote Sensing and GIS, he brings a deep understanding of design, transforming spaces through creativity and the integration of sustainable elements. He has also published research on Zero Waste Cities in the field of Solid Waste Management, reflecting his commitment to environmentally responsible and people-centered urban development.
Ravi Kumar is a dedicated Senior Architect with five years of comprehensive experience in architectural design, project coordination, and on-site execution. He specializes in developing functional, aesthetically driven design solutions across residential, commercial, and urban infrastructure projects. With a strong command of design standards, attention to detail, and proficiency in modern drafting and visualization tools, he consistently delivers well-coordinated, context-responsive architectural outcomes.
Ravi is known for his collaborative approach, ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, and commitment to ensuring project compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality benchmarks. His expertise spans concept development, detailed drawings, material specification, and construction supervision, making him a dependable professional for both design and project-delivery roles.
Vinit Kumar Yadav has completed his Diploma in Architectural Assistantship. His core skills include AutoCAD, SketchUp, Site Visiting, Good Communication, and Site Management. After completing Summer Training and gaining experience (where he learned planning, designing, site visiting, and basic model creation), he is now working as an Assistant Architect at AIMAN CONSULTANTS. He has experience on projects like Residential and Commercial buildings, Temples, Ghats, and Churches. Currently, he is overseeing and managing all work for a project, including interior, exterior, and all furniture elements.
Ayush Pandey is an accomplished Civil Engineer specializing in the execution of bituminous National Highway road construction projects. With a robust B.Tech degree, he possesses hands-on expertise managing end-to-end site operations, including earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, and BC layers, ensuring strict adherence to MORTH specifications. Currently serving as a Site Engineer with Aiman Consultant on the CM Grid Project, Ayush is skilled in contractor coordination, meticulous material planning, rigorous quality control, and ensuring project completion within stringent safety and timeline parameters.

Rohit Yadav is Civil Engineering graduate (B.Tech, 2013–17) with 8 years of professional experience in the construction and building materials industry. I have worked with leading organizations such as UltraTech Cement, PNC Infratech Ltd., and JK Cement Ltd., gaining extensive expertise in quality control, assurance, and all types of building materials. I am skilled in RCC and cement concrete, road construction, and have hands-on experience operating RMC plants (CP-30).
Anupam Yadav is Civil Engineer at Aiman Consultant Private Limited, with hands-on experience as a Site Engineer overseeing project execution for CM grids. My responsibilities include studying structural drawings, executing work on-site as per architectural and structural plans, conducting site inspections, supervising activities, and coordinating all aspects of construction to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Fatima Zehra is an emerging architect with a strong passion for design detailing, drawings, and project coordination. She supports the architectural team in preparing plans, presentations, and working drawings, while contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions. Her approach is organized, attentive, and quality-driven, making her a reliable part of the design process.
Abdur Raoof Khan began his journey in architecture with a Bachelor of Architecture, followed by a Master of City Planning from IIT Kharagpur. He later completed his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur.
He founded AIMAN CONSULTANTS with a clear vision of building a practice known for integrity, innovation and design excellence. Sara Fahim is an Associate Principal Architect with over a decade of experience in design and teaching. She leads architectural and urban design coordination at AIMAN Consultants.
With deep expertise in BIM workflows, and multi-disciplinary project management, she oversees drawings, approvals, site coordination.
She has previously taught at multiple architecture colleges and continues to mentor young architects in Revit and BIM.
